We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Carers to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, we would love to hear from you.
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Help residents with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate medication records.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
* Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including tidying rooms and communal areas.
* Participate in care planning and attend staff meetings as required.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents.
* Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred.
* A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is an advantage.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.
* Must have working rights in the UK.
