We're looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager
to join our fast-growing, private equity-backed events company. You'll play a pivotal role in selling exhibition stands and sponsorship packages, growing revenue, and shaping the future of our high-profile events.
What You'll Do:
* Sell exhibition space & sponsorship packages across market-leading events
* Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets (£30k+)
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients
* Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy and commercial growth
* Provide insights to help innovate new event features & revenue opportunities
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years' B2B event/exhibition sales experience
* Proven record of exceeding sales targets
* Experience with top organisers like Haymarket, Reed, Clarion, Easyfairs, or Closer Still Media a plus
* Confident negotiating & managing senior-level client relationships
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
