Head of Private Client Solicitor
Location: Gloucester and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on‑site expectation)

The work itself is varied and high‑quality, covering the full spectrum of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You’ll be managing your own caseload while also playing a strategic role in shaping the department’s future.
This role would suit a confident Private Client solicitor with strong technical expertise and the ambition to step into (or further develop within) a leadership position. Someone who enjoys mentoring others, building relationships, and being part of a firm where decisions are made quickly and ideas are genuinely listened to.
