Duties & Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and capture potential customer enquiries
* Accurately log and manage leads within internal systems
* Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
* Raise and process purchase orders and coordinate materials
* Prepare and dispatch marketing packs and promotional literature
What Experience is Required
* Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
