Class 1 Driver (C+E) - Weekend Work | Gravesend
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join a busy and well-established client based in Gravesend for weekend work

Job Role:
* Operating a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle within the waste industry
* Carrying out deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
* Ensuring all loads comply with legal and environmental regulations
* Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
* Working in a customer-facing role, providing a professional service
* Adhering to all company health & safety policies and procedures
* Ensuring safe use and storage of all equipment and PPE

Hours & Pay:
* Saturdays: and Sundays 06:00 - 16:00
o Pay Rates: £26.49ph for Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous experience with bulk carriers and articulated vehicles (essential)
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
