Secondary School Teacher — Role: Primary Teacher - long-term full-time or part-time roles
Location: Thanet
Salary Range: 34000 - 45000
Tradewind is recruiting! We work with a range of Secondary Schools in the Thanet area, join us today! We are looking for Teachers for ad-hoc, short-term or long-term positions.
Responsibilities
* Create dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the National Curriculum and reflect the unique needs of every learner.
* Cultivate a welcoming and stimulating classroom where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to achieve their best.
* Plan and deliver lessons that ignite curiosity and encourage active participation.
* Track and evaluate pupil progress, giving constructive feedback that supports continual growth.
* Maintain a calm, organised environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child\'s progress.
* Work closely with colleagues and support staff to provide the highest standard of education for every student.
What We\'re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching at secondary level
* Excellent communication and time-management abilities
* A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
