Overview
We are seeking qualified and motivated Solicitors to provide expert legal advice, represent clients, and manage a varied caseload. The successful candidate will handle legal matters from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring high standards of client care and professional compliance.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate, practical, and timely legal advice to clients
* Manage a caseload independently, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
* Represent clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, in court proceedings
* Conduct legal research and keep up to date with relevant legislation and case law
* Prepare contracts, agreements, wills, pleadings, and other legal documentation
* Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, and third parties
* Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support business development activities, including networking and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate
* Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
* Admission to the relevant jurisdiction's roll of solicitors
* Demonstrated experience in relevant practice area(s)
* Strong knowledge of applicable laws and procedures

Salary is dependent on experience and location and is negotiable for the right individuals.
