Performance Media, SEO and CRM Manager
We’re looking for a commercially minded Performance Media, SEO and CRM Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our performance marketing and CRM activity across both clothing and home categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the strategy, planning and delivery of performance media, SEO and CRM campaigns across both clothing and home
2. Manage and develop three direct reports, supporting their growth and delivery
3. Work closely with external media and CRM agencies to brief, optimise and review channel performance (including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, SEO and Email)
4. Collaborate with internal teams across brand, trading, e-commerce, creative and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns
5. Use data and insights to inform targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies across CRM and performance channels
6. Complete weekly reporting of CRM performance, analyse KPIs and make recommendations for future campaigns.
7. Lead test and learn roadmaps to improve campaign efficiency, engagement and customer value
8. Partner with agency teams to monitor performance media and SEO KPIs and extract actionable insights
9. Champion customer-first thinking and ensure all activity aligns with wider brand strategy and commercial goals
Person Specification-
10. Strong knowledge of key channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Email
11. Experience managing and developing teams
12. Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
13. Confident working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
