HR Advisor, Liverpool
We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Advisor based in Liverpool. This is a permanent position, offers hybrid working and a salary of £32, p.a.
The HR Advisor will assist in providing a proactive and professional support service to management and employees on a wide range of employment and employee relations matters. Provide a positive image of the Organisation to its customers, employees, and other relevant outside bodies.
Responsibilities
1. Provide general HR advice and assistance to managers, employees and Senior Leadership Team on people related issues.
2. Review and develop key HR policies, procedures, and documents
3. Manage any HR surveys, reviewing the survey questions, responding to queries, and ensuring high response rates.
4. Provide statistics and management reports on people related data to the Senior Leadership team on a monthly basis.
5. Facilitate exit interviews where required and provide feedback, produce statistical data to identify trends and issues raising concerns with the Head of HR.
6. Lead on specific 'people' issues, and projects, as allocated and supported by the Head of HR and the HR Manager, making recommendations for improvements and changes, where appropriate.
7. Develop and maintain HR information systems and KPIs including turnover, retention and absence levels
8. Deliver staff and managers' briefings on HR policies and practices as required ensuring they understand and implement both existing and new HR policies and procedures.
9. Work closely with the Payroll & HR Advisor to ensure workforce information is kept up to date
Skills and Experience
10. First line HR Advice and support
11. ER casework - must have a solid understanding of employment law
12. Policy review and development
13. Reporting for senior management meetings
14. Assist with HR training sessions
15. Assist Head of HR with project work
16. CIPD Level 5 qualification or studying towards (Level 3 as a minimum)
17. A DBS will be required for this role
18. Current Driving Licence. Access to a vehicle
