In a Nutshell… \n\nWe have a great opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East, covering sites across Manchester, with your reporting office being based in Warrington. As our Sales Consultant, you will be the lead sales consultant on the development. You should carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the marketing suite in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership for the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress.\n\nWe value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.

\nEnsure every customer contact is recorded on the relevant CRM system and in line with GDPR.\nDeal with all customers in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner.\nEnsure that customers are kept fully and regularly informed of the progress of their purchase.\nRespond to all cancellations making every effort to 'save' and if necessary, renegotiate the reservation.\nHave detailed knowledge of all relevant purchase assistance schemes and alternative developments\nEnsure competitor analysis is undertaken as determined by Sales Manager\nCarry out daily tasks required for your development.\nTake responsibility for all company property and equipment across each site within the specified sales hub.Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us…\n\nWe're Vistry Group, the UK's leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes.
