About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support tailored to each pupil’s individual needs. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to develop communication, independence, confidence, and life skills.
