As a CCTV Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security of our clients' premises. Your responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying potential security threats, and promptly responding to any incidents or emergencies. By leveraging your expertise in operating CCTV systems, you will ensure the protection of property, assets, and people within the designated areas.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in CCTV operations. You should possess excellent observational skills and the ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations. To succeed in this role, you must also have a thorough understanding of security protocols and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Responsibilities
* Monitor surveillance cameras to detect any suspicious activities or safety hazards
* Operate and control the CCTV system, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal coverage
* Identify and report any security breaches or violations of protocols
* Maintain accurate records of all incidents, preparing detailed reports as required
* Collaborate with colleagues and law enforcement agencies during investigations
* Maintain a strong knowledge of CCTV technology and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry advancements
* Conduct regular inspections of cameras, equipment, and storage systems to ensure they are in good working condition
Requirements
* Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including operation and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to security and privacy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations
* Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
