Lecturer or Associate Professor in Soft Matter Physics
We are seeking an academic with expertise in Soft Matter Physics, specifically in liquid crystals, to join the School of Physics and Astronomy at Leeds. The role involves teaching, research, and academic leadership within a research-intensive environment.
Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant discipline, a strong research record including publications, successful grant applications, external collaborations, and presentations at international conferences. Experience as an experimental physicist with interdisciplinary collaboration skills is essential. The candidate should also have experience in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate modules.
