We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to help inspire and guide pupils, supporting both their academic progress and personal development. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
* Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and displays.
* Monitor and encourage pupils’ participation, progress, and well-being.
* Provide additional support for children with special educational needs when required.
* Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for helping children learn.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
