This is a fantastic opportunity to create beautifully crafted pastry dishes that delight our guests and elevate every dining experience. You?ll take full ownership of your section, working closely with the wider brigade to create, develop and deliver exciting menus. A key part of the role will be continuing to evolve and execute our much?loved House Afternoon Tea, bringing creativity, precision and flair to every detail.
