Established, boutique law firm looking to recruit a Family Partner into their Chester offices.
About the role
As a Family Partner, you will play a vital role in heading the Legal 500 ranked Family Law department.
You will be responsible for running the team, handling a mixed caseload of high net‑worth and ultra‑high net‑worth family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and cohabitation disputes.
As well as this, you will be leading the department, supporting junior members of staff, taking part in Business Development opportunities and building your own network.
This is also an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Agricultural Family matters, as well as high net‑worth financial clients.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business to help shape the future of the firm. The role would work for someone who is already at Partner level or at a Legal Director/Senior Associate level and feels ready to take the next step up.
The successful candidate will ideally have between 6+ years’ PQE and can provide expert care to their clients and is able to work as part of a team.
A previous following of Family Law clients would be desirable but not essential as the team have a continuous flow of work.
Travel between the firm’s offices will be a requirement of this role.
