Your Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND Assist with tailored learning activities and positive behaviour strategies Encourage pupils to build independence, communication, and confidence Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to ensure consistent progress What You'll Need Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or youth setting Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive and nurturing approach to supporting young learners An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Why Join Tradewind?
