This is a hands-on fee earning role and you will be expected to hit the ground running. The Role You will be managing pre-litigated EL and PL claims for the personal injury department, most of which will have a retail focus. Key Responsibilities Conducting defence of EL/PL claims for Personal Injury. Use of the MOJ portal. Pursuing client's losses.
