They’re now seeking a Director of Software Engineering to shape their software strategy and lead the full development lifecycle across embedded, system and application software. We’re Looking For
* Extensive software engineering leadership in semiconductor, systems or hardware-focused environments
* Expertise across embedded software, firmware, drivers, OS-level (Linux/RTOS), SDKs and tools
* Knowledge across high-speed interfaces (PCIe, CXL, NVMe, Ethernet) and system-level integration
* Strong architectural and delivery management skills, including Agile and CI/CD best practices
* Background in SoC/ASIC development or data center infrastructure is highly advantageous
What You’ll Be Doing
* Define and deliver the complete software stack for production products
* Lead distributed engineering teams and scale capability with company growth
* Implement robust processes for high-quality, secure, maintainable releases
* Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure success
