Payroll Administrator - Watford (Temp to Perm) - must have SAP experience

Our client-a well-established, nationally recognised business headquartered in Watford-is seeking a skilled and motivated Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic HR & Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process monthly payroll for high-volume employeesMaintain payroll records and update employee data in HR & payroll systemsHandle payroll queries and provide clear, timely responses to employees and managersAdminister statutory payments including SMP, SSP, and SPPSupport year-end processes, including P60s and P11DsLiaise with HMRC and other external bodies as requiredContribute to internal payroll audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator or similar roleSolid knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory deductionsProficient in payroll system SAPStrong organisational skills and high attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCIPP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
