Shift Details: This position is only suitable for female care assistants due to residents' needs.

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant. If this sounds like the right place for you, we’d love to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, working as part of the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Assisting residents with personal hygiene care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
* Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, signs of infections, and escalating identified risks promptly.
* Interacting courteously with residents and visitors, respecting each resident’s dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed, you should embody our values of caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability. Experience is not required, as we provide thorough induction and training to build confidence in your role.

Our ideal candidate must:

* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
* Work efficiently, following instructions from team members.
* Be adaptable and flexible to cover various responsibilities on short notice.
