You will need to have an understanding of post and pre-commencement legislation and be open to developing and driving forward national recommendations and improving services for adult adoptees. We are looking for someone with strong post-qualifying social work experience, ideally with management skills and a solid understanding of child protection legislation. Your empathy, communication skills, and commitment to improving outcomes will be key to making a meaningful impact.
