Location: Carmarthen and all surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: From £14 p/h, 1.5x & 2x pay on bank holidays; Shift Patterns: Night Shifts, Long Days, Short Days – All Flexible & Well-Paid

About the Role
At TeacherActive, we’re on the hunt for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our growing team of residential support heroes in Carmarthenshire. You’ll be working closely with young people who need a safe, stable environment — including those with additional learning needs (ALN) and challenging behaviours.
