The Role As a Health & Social Care Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across up to KS4 Inspire students to achieve their full potential in Health & Social Care. Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements. Monitor and support student progress through effective feedback and intervention. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental initiatives. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Health & Social Care within a secondary school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success. The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Salary & Benefits £32,916 - £51,047 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and additional responsibilities - PAYE Opportunities for leadership and responsibility allowances where applicable.
