What You’ll Do: Imagine running multiple high-end student accommodation sites across a buzzing city. You’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs like clockwork—managing an amazing team, driving sales, and creating unforgettable experiences for students. This is a dynamic role where you’ll juggle leadership, creativity, and a can-do attitude. Whether it’s smashing financial goals, organising exciting student events, or maintaining top-notch facilities, you’ll be at the heart of it all! Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: o Recruit, train, and inspire your team to shine o Set clear goals and motivate your team to hit them o Provide regular feedback and foster a positive, supportive workplace 2. Customer Experience: o Create a “home away from home” community for students o Plan fun social events for students and handle complaints like a pro o Push for glowing reviews on platforms like Student Crowd 3. Driving Revenue: o Own your city’s financial performance—manage budgets and maximise revenue o Drive sales campaigns and maintain high levels of re-bookings o Keep tabs on competitors and trends to stay ahead of the game 4. Sustainability & Community: o Promote local community engagement and lead charity initiatives o Support energy-saving campaigns and drive eco-friendly practices 5. Facilities Management: o Keep properties in tip-top shape with proactive maintenance o Ensure compliance with safety regulations and handle emergencies swiftly o Build great relationships with contractors and keep the environment safe for everyone What We’re Looking For: o Experience in managing multiple sites, preferably in PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), hospitality, or leisure o A passion for delivering standout customer service and creating great experiences o Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating and supporting a team o Sales-savvy, budget-friendly, and always up for smashing targets o Great communication skills o Knowledge of facilities management is a big plus! o Adaptability, energy, and a love for working with people What to Expect: This isn’t your 9-5 desk job.
