Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: Up to £20.59 per hour (Umbrella)
About the Role
Guidant Global, a specialist in social work recruitment, is partnering with Bradford's Children and Families Trust to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Worker.
In this role, you'll work as part of the Early Help & Transformation team, supporting children, adolescents, and families to achieve positive outcomes through early intervention, practical support, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Work directly with children, adolescents, and families to provide targeted support
2. Deliver early help interventions in home and community settings
3. Contribute to assessments, plans, and reviews
4. Collaborate effectively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support
5. Empower families to develop resilience, confidence, and independence
6. Maintain accurate records and report progress to the team

7. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
8. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
9. Knowledge of early help services and safeguarding principles
10. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
