Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:
* Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
* Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
* Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations
* Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Your Background - Applications Specialist, Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in an application specialist or biomedical scientist role with one or more of the following specialisations:
- haematology
- immunology
- clinical chemistry
- molecular
- life sciences
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
