Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Customer Success Manager role at CoolCare, located in Garforth with the option for hybrid working. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, analyzing data, driving customer retention, building strong relationships, and providing top-notch customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Strong process skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
Experience in customer retention and relationship building
Ability to work independently and in a team
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the care or software industry is a plus
