Early Years Practitioner – Play Away City Day Nursery
Location: Southampton Rd, Southampton
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Permanent
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Required Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

Your Role as Early Years Practitioner
* Deliver high‑quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment
* Observe, assess and plan engaging activities tailored to each child’s development
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
* Promote cleanliness, safety and wellbeing throughout the nursery
* Follow company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
* Support children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
What We’re Looking For
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification– Essential
* Fluent in written and spoken English– Essential
* 1+ Year Experience in Early Years– Desirable
* Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements– Desirable
