Service Manager (South Devon) Location: Templar House Working Hours: 30 Contract Type: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) Salary: £35,520 - £51,060 We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service and support our team in delivering high-quality care. You will work autonomously and innovatively to support colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for our service users and the community. The successful candidate will be based on site, and report to the Area Manager. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive pathways and interventions within the Humankind Reconnected, ensuring integration and effectiveness. Manage the day-to-day operations of the service team, including robust planning and resource allocation. Ensure efficient case management and recovery coordination, prioritizing positive service user experiences and meeting performance requirements. Desired Qualifications and Skills: Hold a Level 4 or above management qualification. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team from various backgrounds and organisations. Extensive knowledge and understanding of drug-related issues.
