Our client is a dynamic professional services organisation based in the Sevenoaks area. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support their finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking payments into the bank
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Posting incoming and outgoing payments to client and office accounts
* Checking bills and completion statements
* Managing credit control
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
