The Role:

As a Trainee Delivery Consultant, you'll be fully supported and trained as you learn the ropes of recruitment, focusing on placing candidates within the industrial and logistics sectors.

2. Conducting candidate interviews and matching them to the right roles
3. Supporting senior consultants with client requirements
4. Gaining insight into how we build and manage client relationships
