Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We need experience working in end-to-end procurement process activities, with a good working knowledge of data and digital usage. We need experience of business change, including data and digital solutions within a large, complex organisation. We need experience in as-is and to-be business process mapping. We need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. We need professional Supply Chain or project management qualifications, such as CIPS or APM. We need candidates who can meet applicable security and export control requirements. We require all applicants to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard, with some roles requiring higher levels of National Security Vetting. We may require continuous UK residency for 5 to 10 years depending on the vetting level required. Responsibilities: We will ask you to develop and lead elements of the SC Digital and Data portfolio and roadmap across all Submarines programmes. We will ask you to capture business requirements to shape data and digital solutions for our Supply Chain function. We will ask you to work closely with stakeholders across IM&T and submarine delivery programmes to ensure alignment, engagement, and effective delivery. We will ask you to perform business and technical analysis on Supply Chain processes to inform data and digital solutions. We will ask you to identify optimal data or digital changes to improve the performance of our Supply Chain function and the wider submarine delivery programme. We will ask you to contribute to Supply Chain Excellence by supporting activities that deliver on People, Process, and Technology. We will ask you to help ensure our Supply Chain function is fit for the future.
