Our renowned client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team. The Sales Administrator Role: * Primary contact for our client’s customers. Answering all enquiries efficiently, providing a proactive and bespoke service to ensure best customer satisfaction.This could be via email, phone or Teams * Product knowledge and supporting customer sales queries * Complete all relevant sales administration in order to process orders and ensure correct information is gathered and recorded * Data entry, using Microsoft Excel to keep records up to date and accurate, along with CRM data input * Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded * Complaint resolution and management * Liaise with and support other departments as the business requires You’ll Need: * Proficient in Microsoft packages is essential, Excel, Word and Outlook * Previous experience of working in a customer service and administrative appointment * Ability to build good rapport with internal and external customers, as well as internal colleagues. * Good customer service skills and comfortable with answering incoming calls and communicating by Teams * Ability to work under pressure and still provide a high standard of service * Experience of learning new systems with ease * Organised with attention to detail * Good time management * A flexible working approach What’s in it for you: * Immediate start available * Permanent position * Forward thinking company * 25 days holiday 8 Bank Holiday * Free car parking * Company Pension * Health and Wellbeing initiatives VH Talent, your Permanent and FTC Recruitment Partner
