We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team supporting our client TikTok at their London office. This role is vital in maintaining excellent EHS standards and fostering a safety-focused work environment in collaboration with a leading technology company.
Responsibilities include:
* Participating in the Employee Safety Committee and helping to direct its activities to ensure good employee engagement.
* Managing the local Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program and supporting global stakeholders.
* Attending weekly planning and workload meetings.
* Handling injury investigations, maintaining OHS tools and systems.
* Meeting deadlines and collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
* Identifying opportunities for program improvements.
* Providing regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
* Document management in record retention systems.
* Overseeing data entry for incident management tools.
* Collaborating on incident investigations with Facilities team.
* Managing data transfer between training and incident databases.
* Conducting risk assessments for various job tasks.
* Supporting work teams in hazard control implementation.
Qualifications:
* Graduate with 1-2 years of project management experience.
* Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, EHS, or equivalent.
Additional Skills:
* Strong collaboration skills across teams and organizations.
* Ability to analyze data for trends and develop effective communication and adult learning materials.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools, or willingness to learn.
