IT Field Engineer - IoT & Smart Monitoring
We're looking for a hands-on IT Field Engineer to install, configure, and support IoT and smart monitoring systems. You'll work both on-site and remotely, troubleshooting networking and hardware issues, ensuring reliable performance, and supporting clients post-deployment.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve on-site and remote issues.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain uptime.
Install, configure, and commission gateways, sensors, and metering devices.
Set up and troubleshoot IP networks, firewalls, and connectivity (LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Integrate new systems into IoT platforms and ensure accurate comms & data flow.
Skills and experience
