Job: Project Coordinator

Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer for the most luxurious beauty brands in the industry, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support and manage customer projects from order through to delivery. This role bridges communication between clients, sales, and production teams, ensuring all projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
Responsibilities
* Manage customer projects from purchase order to delivery, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely completion.
* Input and process customer orders within internal management systems, producing clear and accurate production instructions.
* Liaise between sales, production, and planning teams to maintain clear communication and workflow visibility.
* Track delivery schedules and timelines, ensuring projects stay on target.
* Coordinate artwork submission, proof tracking, and approval stages for each project.
* Request cost estimates for new or revised customer jobs as needed.
* Handle and resolve customer queries, delivery delays, and quality issues efficiently.
* Support the project and production teams with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in print management, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
* Strong understanding of project coordination processes and workflow management.
* Proficiency with ERP/MIS or order management systems.
* Excellent administration and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
