For our Finance department, we are looking for a Senior Analyst, CSL Behring Planning and Reporting
The Senior Analyst, Planning and Reporting plays an important role in supporting financial processes and delivering accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the CSL Behring business, focused on Commercial Operations for Europe/Canada and Europe Midsize clusters and its affiliate countries.
This role delivers the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment across the respective Commercial Operations Finance Business Partners. This position will ensure the Commercial Operations team has the financial insights needed to drive business performance and achieve its strategic objectives. The incumbent in this role will interact closely with and support the responsible CSL Behring Commercial Finance Business Partners ensuring best-in-class financial processes, data driven insights, and performance excellence. This position demands a commitment to process excellence. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with the Operations FBPs, the Senior Manager, Planning and Reporting – EU/CAN & Midsize Markets, and leaders from cross-functional Commercial teams to drive financial planning, reporting and operational efficiency in CSL Behring’s Commercial business.

Job Purpose
1. Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes including calendars, coordination, and communications across particular CSLB Commercial Operations clusters and affiliate countries
2. Develop and implement standardised financial planning tools, templates, and methodologies
3. Support the Finance Business Partners in the preparations of budgets and forecast and other planning requirements in SAP BPC
4. Support the updates to the Planning Activity calendar
5. Collaborate with leadership teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives and business goals
6. Manage the preparation and presentation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to operations and finance management
7. Manage the monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting cycles for CSL Behring Commercial Operations across affiliates within EU/CAN and Midsize clusters
8. Develop key financial metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
9. Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and work with functional leaders to understand and address variances
10. Provide scenario planning, data driven insights
11. Champion process excellence in financial planning and reporting activities
12. Support initiatives to streamline financial reporting processes and reduce cycle times for budgeting and forecasting
13. Collaborate and actively participate in financial systems and process improvements (e.g., automation, digitisation
14. Serve as a key financial partner to the Commercial FBPs, providing financial insights to drive decision-making
Your Skills and Experience
15. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related discipline
16. CPA/CA or MBA a plus
17. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or related fields
18. An understanding of production operations or commercial processes
19. Experience with budget and forecast cycles
20. Leading the month end close and reporting process
21. Experience with dashboarding and visualization software (e.g. PowerBi)
22. Experience in global manufacturing - pharmaceutical industry
23. Strong organisation and process management skills
24. Excellent interpersonal skills who builds bridges and helps develop collaboration
25. Strong numerical and analytical skills - ability to understand and succinctly explain large / complex concepts
26. Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
27. Analysis for Office (preferable)
