Your role & impact
* Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
* Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
* Build strong, long‑term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
* Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
* Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
* Guide customers in making the most of our e‑commerce platform.
* Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
