Sometimes that's true. Sometimes it isn't.
What we can say honestly is this:

These are settings supporting pupils who may:

* Find mainstream education difficult
* Need structure, routine and trust to engage
* Respond best to calm, consistent adults
This isn't about being perfect - it's aboutshowing up in the right way, consistently.
We're recruiting for a mix of:
* SEND & SEMH Teaching roles
* Teaching Assistant and Learning Support roles
* 1:1 and small group support
* Behaviour and engagement-focused roles
* Short-term, long-term and ongoing opportunities
Across bothprimary and secondary settings.
But you do need to be someone who:
* Stays calm when things get challenging
* Doesn't take behaviour personally
* Can bring structure and boundaries without escalation
* Builds trust over time, not instantly
* Actually wants to be in this kind of environment
Experience helps - butattitude and consistency matter more.
