We are seeking both Full Time and Part Time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at Cove Manor Nursing Home.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
* Supporting residents with mobility and daily living activities
* Promoting independence, dignity and respect at all times
* Assisting with meals and ensuring residents nutritional needs are met
* Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents health or wellbeing
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Working as part of a team to deliver the highest standard of care
Requirements
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
* Willingness to undertake training and development
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
