The Original Factory Shop invites applications for a Store Manager to join Wigton team. We are established in 1969 and specialise in bringing big brands at bargain prices to Britain’s local high streets. We offer a perm contract with a friendly, customer focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
We are looking for an ambitious Store Manager who will lead the team, engage with customers, maximise the business, and continually seek ideas to improve the customer experience. As a community retailer, you will encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results and maintain a positive, fun working environment.

* Actively engage with the local community to deliver top results.
* Work hard while keeping the workplace enjoyable and collaborative.
We are looking for individuals with Retail Management experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should understand working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and be able to motivate, manage and support a team.
