The Role
We are seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.

* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent) - ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting children's learning and development
