Job Introduction
About the Role
Reporting into the HSEQ Assurance & Governance Manager, the successful HSE Systems Coordinator will play a key part working as part of the HSE team collating and preparing data reports and other key performance indicator metrics alongside providing support to the wider HSE team.
**Please note that this position is for a 12-month fixed-term contract**
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful HSE Systems Coordinator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
1. Liaising with external bodies for reporting of key statistics
2. Working on the reviewing and validating of core monthly reports
3. When required, providing support and cover in the absence of the HSE Assurance and Governance Manager
4. Working on the management of relevant historical data including a review of trends and ongoing performance.
5. Preparing, proofreading and distributing HSE documents
6. Being a focal point for cross-business support and troubleshooting the HSE data handling system; including contractor management review where required
7. Accurately portraying Tarmac reporting in the wider industry (MPA)..
8. Overseeing the maintenance and structure of the HSE Management Systems such as ISO
What we are looking for
We are looking for an HSE Systems Coordinator who is in possession of the following skills/attributes:
9. Ideally, prior experience in the same or similar role
Computer literacy and literacy
10. Excellent report writing skills
11. Strong time management
12. Strong communicate both verbally and in writing.
13. Office and database management
14. Office organisation and administration
15. Experience of spreadsheets and report writing
