Do you want to make a difference in someone else\'s life? We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team. One of our values is investing in front-line worker pay in line with the Living Wage increase each April, and we commit to improving pay for colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Provide support for up to 9 people with a range of needs, including learning disability, acquired brain injuries, physical disability, ADHD, autism, and depression/anxiety.
* Deliver person-centred care and support, including activities and community engagement, walking, outdoor activities, clubs, and events.
* Spend your shift with the person you support to maximise impact.
* Work as part of a small team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and support.
* Undergo training and development, with access to eLearning and in-house training providers.
What you will be doing
* Active Support; Autism Awareness and medication training; and a wide range of other role-related training.
* Support plans based on choice, dignity and respect, aligned with the service ethos of “Your Life, Your Choice” and the strategy “Best Lives Possible”.

Shift information
* 08:00-15:00
* 15:00-22:00
* Waking night 22:00-08:00
* Full training will be provided through in-house trainers and other providers
