Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Powder Coater / Paint Sprayer to join a small but busy production team in Seaforth. This role requires previous hands-on experience in powder coating or paint spraying of metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate a semi-automated powder coating paint line
2. Manually spray items such as boxes and specialist components
3. Prepare and prep materials prior to painting
4. Hang parts on a moving track system
5. Carry out full clean-down procedures between colour changes to prevent cross-contamination
6. Ensure procedures are followed accurately on every clean-down
7. Work both in the spray booth and on the paint line
8. Maintain high quality and production standards
Requirements:
9. Previous experience as a Powder Coater or Paint Sprayer (essential)
10. Experience working on a busy paint production line
11. Experience powder coating or paint spraying metal components
12. Experience preparing materials for painting
13. Quality focused, reliable, and self-motivated
14. Team player
15. Willingness to work overtime when required
