Performance Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to support the setup, trafficking, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage campaigns in CM360, DV360, and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
2. Implement and troubleshoot tags, creatives, and tracking pixels.
3. Collaborate on campaign launches, pacing, and cross-channel execution.
4. Build and maintain automated reports in and Looker Studio.
5. Ensure QA standards and streamline trafficking processes.
What We’re Looking For:
6. 2+ years in ad operations, trafficking, or performance marketing.
7. Proficiency in CM360 & DV360, with strong knowledge of tracking and attribution.
8. Experience managing campaigns across multiple paid social platforms.
9. Familiarity with, Supermetrics, or similar reporting tools.
10. Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
11. Knowledge of DSPs, brand safety, and compliance.
12. Experience with creative management tools (Celtra, Smartly, etc.).
