In this role, you won't be wasting hours in a van. Instead, you will be the "go-to" technical expert for a massive, modern estate, ensuring that critical infrastructure remains operational and safe. The Role You will be responsible for a mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Repairs across a diverse range of electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Systems: Troubleshooting and maintaining lighting (emergency and PIR), power distribution, switchgear, and motors. Mechanical & HVAC: Basic plumbing, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), pumps, and cooling towers. (Advantagous) Compliance: Conducting fire alarm testing, emergency light testing, and updating digital logbooks. Contractor Management: Overseeing specialist sub-contractors when they visit the site.
