Totalmobile Business Analyst – Contract (6-12 Months)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 6 Months Initial
Day Rate: Competitive (Outside/Inside IR35 TBC)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Totalmobile Business Analyst to support a large-scale mobile workforce / repairs transformation programme within the social housing / local authority sector. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, mapping processes and supporting the successful rollout of Totalmobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
* Process mapping and gap analysis
* Supporting system configuration and testing
* Translating business needs into technical deliverables
* Working closely with delivery managers and suppliers
Essential Experience
* Hands-on Totalmobile implementation or upgrade projects
* Strong Business Analysis background (BA / Systems Analyst)
* Experience within Housing Associations or Local Authorities
* Agile / Waterfall delivery exposure
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* Repairs, scheduling, or asset management knowledge
* Experience working alongside NEC, Civica, or similar housing systems
