Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
* Support with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with mobility and safe movement within the home
* Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking
* Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans
* Carry out light household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
* Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
